About Fiber Laser
A special type of solid-state laser is a fiber laser, which is generally optically pumped. It is primarily used for laser cutting, marking and welding. A fiber laser comprises doped core of high refraction and an undoped cladding. Processing with Fiber Laser helps to reduce operating cost with high quality, better performance& escalated productivity. Fiber Laser can process ferrous & non-ferrous materials easily as compared to CO2 Laser.

DESCRIPTION OF COIL FEED LASER CUTTER
FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINE
The machine body is with process of one-piece welding→ anneal→ roughmachining→ vibration release→ precision machining, which could guarantee the machine body stability and sustain the machine accuracy.
The Z axis is mounted with Precitec Auto Focus Laser Head with slide arrangement driven via ball screw to guarantee the safety. The Z axis implement the interpolation individually, the Z axis interact with X, Y axis on moving and follow up the rotation of the tube.
The Servo Roll Feeder device supply the coil into the laser cutting machine tool through via Push & Pull Mechanism.
The needle plate type CNC Belt-drive Work Table simultaneously move along with the Servo Roll Feeder. A modified material support bar has been installed to avoid scratch on the surface of the plate. At entry, there is Feed Conveyor directly coupled with Push Servo Roll Feeder & at exit, there is Delivery conveyor directly coupled with Pull Servo Roll Feeder.

4-b) PRECITEC HEAD
The Precitec Head efficiently and economically cuts thin to medium-thick materials such as stainless Steel and aluminum of up to 5 mm using fusion cutting and mild steel of up to 10 mm using oxide cutting with fiber-coupled lasers. It is integrated in flatbed cutting systems that operate in the medium laser range from 500 W to 4 kW. The adjustment of the axial focal position takes place automatically with the Precitec Head Motorized. For reliable operation, a protective window protects the Precitec Head from fusion spatter, combustion elements, metal dust and contaminated cutting gas. The focusing lens is kept clean by a pressure-tight protective window cartridge, even under harsh environmental conditions and even if the cutting gas is contaminated.
4-c) SOFTWARE ALONG WITH CNC SYSTEM
The complete solution, up to four axis, with integrated gantry axis management, for metal sheet Laser cutting. ISO (G code) interface that can be easily adapted to all the CAD CAM. Moreover, a lot of scalable tools like DXF to Macro and DXF to ISO generators can be added to the application.A special nesting software able to automatic programming nesting is a drawing programming nesting software used on computers specifically developed for CNC cutters. The major functions include CAD drawing, DXF/DWG optimization, interactive nesting, automatic programming, as well as cutting simulation validation and costing.
The CNC system is mainly composed of PC control system, drive, servo motor, etc. along with above software.
Water Cooled Chillers are built with shell and tube condenser and evaporators which ensure high efficiencies and trouble-free operation. These are used for Laser Cutting Cooling.
